When it comes to Nicki Minaj one could only imagine what her tour rider would consist of… A room filled with Barbies? Nope, actually she’s a pretty simple, seemingly humble gal. In a tour rider list obtained by Wonderland magazine the superstar’s demands all seem manageable and untroublesome. The list consisted of "egg whites (scrambled hard), turkey bacon (fried hard), white toast (grape and strawberry jelly/jam). Belgian waffles (syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, butter and strawberries on side) enough to serve four people."

"Three 12-piece buckets of fried chicken, spicy-no thighs, lots of wings. A deli tray with turkey breast meat, grilled chicken breast, whole-wheat bread or rolls, yellow mustard and other condiments (enough for six people). One large fruit platter with a side of mango and one large cheese platter." Some other demands included throat longenzes and a humidifier.
The multiplatinum rapper is up for a Best New Artist award at the 2012 Grammys, and in a new video clip she explains how much the nod means to her. "The way I look at it is, I know eventually, in my career, I’m going to have Grammys,” she said. ‘This year is just about being nominated and feeling grateful, feeling like my fans and I have come a very long way and we’re just going to celebrate this moment. Nothing else matters - winning, not winning, it doesn’t matter. It just matters that they get to see a girl from the hood take these steps and continue to take these steps, just with hard work."
