Machine Gun Kelly Lands WWE WRESTLEMANIA XXVIII Official Theme Song – “Invincible” [Video]

Bad Boy rapper Machine Gun Kelly has the honor of landing John Cena’s official theme song for World Wrestling Entertainment’s Wrestlemania XXVIII. WWE (formerly the World Wrestling Federation) will be holding their annual Wrestlemania pay per view extravaganza on April 1, 2012, at Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Florida.

MGK’s song “Invincible” well serving as the introductory theme Cena. ”The reaction to ‘Invincible’ has been amazing. First, Verizon picked it to run in their campaign and now it’s an official Wrestlemania song. It’s crazy.”

Kelly added, “John Cena and myself are both underdogs and the song is about struggle, I think it’s so cool they chose it.”

Cena will be facing off against The Rock. Last year’s Wrestlemania event grossed over $ 6.6 million in ticket sales, which means this will be tremendous exposure for Kelly, who will be on his Hostile Takeover Tour during the airing of the event.

This is a great piece of good news for Kelly, who’s recently experience a bit of legal troubles. Kelly was apprehended while in Florida on charges of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, but was shortly released on $ 100 bond. Hopefully the Bad Boy artist can remain focused and continue to receive good news such as this.

Machine Gun Kelly Tosses Midgets & Plays With Half Naked Women At Fort Lauderdale Concert, Then Talks About His 2 Album Deal W/Bad Boy & Upcoming Single “Rain”

 Machine Gun Kelly saw both good times and bad while in Florida last week for a couple of concerts. He was arrested, then released for disorderly conduct in St. Petersburg, but not before he successfully performed there on Saturday and in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday.

Mikey T The Movie Star caught up with the Cleveland rapper after his rowdy show at Club Revolution in Fort Lauderdale to talk about his Bad Boy Records deal and upcoming single.

“They gave me full creative control,” MGK said if his Bad Boy deal. “I have creative control over everything on my project. It’s worked out for me well. They let me grind and they don’t hand me sh*t. I don’t have a csilver spoon with that label, and that’s what I asked for. Puff is a big brother to me. I signed for 2 [albums].”

MGK’s “Wild Boy” single with Waka Flocka has been making some noise. He’s getting ready to follow that up with the release a new single entitled “Rain.”

“A song called Rain [is my next single]. I’m really excited about that song. It’s a deep song,” he said. “It’s the opposite of Wild boy. A very revolutionary, rebellion type of message.“

Machine Gun Kelly Arrested In Florida For Disorderly Conduct

TMZ has learned that over the weekend Machine Gun Kelly spent a night in prison for disorderly conduct.  He was booked Sunday morning following his Saturday night performance at State Theater in St. Petersburg, FL.  MGK was later released that same day for a $100 bail.  Here’s what he had to say after being released,

“Just spent my entire night in a fucking Florida jail…shit escaladed way to quick last night, it always does with us though. Thanking God that only half of us went to jail, that @216XPLOSIVE is outta the hospital, and that we get to go back to Cleveland today…The weirdest part of it was how many inmates in there knew who I was and knew about the movement. It was some trippy shit. Lace the FUCK up. Anyways, thank you Florida for ragin this week. Lookin forward to seeing every state during this spring/summer tour (no more handcuffs tho!)”
